Return & Refund Policy

How can you get refund?

  • Contact us in email, and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Ship the product(s) in well protectec package back to us
  • All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Items with timers / shutter counters must show zero shutter releases
  • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model
  • VideoKing is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any goods purchased from us - Our liability is limited to the monetary value of the goods only
  • Please make sure you fully understand the return requirements above, if conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items or to charge a re-stocking fee of 25%.

1Cancellation Period
Before shipping:
If your order is not yet shipped, you may contact us via and ask to cancel your order. Your payment will be refunded in full.

After shipping:
If you decide that you do not want an item purchased from us you can return it to us for a refund provided it is returned within 14 calendar days from delivery in new and unused condition, complete with all original and undamaged manufacturer packaging and documentation.
2Shipping & Packing Costs
We are shiping the goods from Prague with DPD courier, inside EU. The shipping costs are indludes the packing cost. Or you can pick up your order personally in our store in Prague for free.

3Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
If consumer want to return goods to us, than cunsumer pays the shipping cost to us. Except if a cunsomer got a Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods from us. In this case we are collect the claimed item from cunsomers delivery address.

4Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
Any claim for missing, defective product or transit damage must be notified to us within 24 hours from delivery. as beyond that time we have no recourse with our carriers. In this case we collect the product from your address.
5Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period
We only accept products returning after the cancellation period, if the product have warranty claims

7What is the policy on returning goods
Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
