RMA procedure

    Upload file (20MB limit):

    1. Fill in the form

    Enter your details, invoice number, product information and detailed description of the defect (or add photos / videos).

    2. Submit the form

    Press the “Submit Complaint” button to submit the completed form.

    3. Wait for confirmation

    Wait for the confirmation of the complaint from our technical team.

    4. Send the product together with the printed form

    Send the product back to us with the RMA number that was assigned to you or with the printed RMA form. Address for sending the product: VideoKing s.r.o., Tibetská 806/2, 16000 Prague, Czech Republic.
