Description

For extended and dynamic shoots, the edelkrone Tripod X Pro Motorized Tripod mitigates on-set fatigue and opens up motion time-lapse capabilities with its high-torque DC motors, on-board and mobile app controls, and an optional shutter trigger cable to achieve seamless time-lapse shots between positions. The Tripod X Pro auto-levels with one touch and works with the integrated ground spreader to conquer uneven surfaces and offers a vertical adjustment speed of 47″ per minute.

The three-section legs are continuously adjustable from 13 to 58″ in height and receive power from the included Bosch GBA-type 12V power tool battery. There is a 3/8″-16 stud on the top to mount flat-base video heads and is compatible with all edelkrone camera heads. The Tripod X Pro has a 44.1 lb lifting and 66 lb carrying capacity in a package that folds to 28″ in length and weighs 20 lb. The unique offering blends the utility of a tripod and pedestal in a compact package with expanded wireless control and programming options.

On-Board Controls
The Tripod X Pro features an intuitive user interface with an integrated display to monitor your parameters, a power button, a menu button to access your settings and time-lapse options, left and right buttons to increase or decrease the rate of adjustment, up and down buttons to raise and lower the legs, and the center button to self-level the tripod. The smart sensors embedded within Tripod X Pro constantly monitor and adapt, ensuring your setup remains level without requiring your intervention.
Connectivity
Connect your camera to the tripod’s trigger port with the optional shutter trigger cable to capture seamless and programmable parallax motion time-lapses between two positions. The Tripod X Pro can also be remotely controlled with the edelkrone app, available for iOS and Android, for a unified remote control platform for all your edelkrone motion control devices. The Tripod X Pro is designed for quick setup changes utilizing the motion control heads for automated movement during takes instead of the legs. Indoor use is suggested.
